Our review of
Palmstreet
There’s a lot of marketplaces to buy plants from, these include Amazon, WhatNot, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, MonsteraX, and now Palmstreet.
Navigating which platform to use can be tricky, as it’s hard to know which have the best deals for plants, and are good at keeping scammers off the platform.
We’ve spent thousands of dollars across these marketplaces and have spoken with buyers and sellers to help you navigate your options and find the best place to shop.

What to expect from Palmstreet
Wide selection of plants
From common plants, to rare plants, Palmstreet has it all! If you’re looking for rare plants, you are in luck! A lot of top rare plant sellers sell through Palmstreet.
Fun format (Livestream selling)
Who doesn’t love a live-show? Palmstreet is the #1 live-streaming plant marketplace for a reason! There is almost always a live-stream going on, and it’s a bit addictive.
Protected purchases
Although sellers establish their own return policies for plants, because you’re buying through Palmstreet they do offer some purchase protection for buyers.
Transparent pricing
Pricing is shown clearly, and buyers can buy smoothly through the app.
Wide-selection of plants
Palmstreet offers a wide variety of plants and sellers, specializing in everything from tropical plants to cacti, tissue cultures (TCs) to fully mature specimens, and more.
What stood out to us was the easy-to-use search feature, which makes finding the exact plant you’re looking for a breeze—a feature that’s common on marketplaces but much harder to find on platforms like Facebook.
Live-stream selling
Palmstreet is the #1 live-streaming plant marketplace for a reason! There’s a ton of sellers, and there’s almost always a live-sale happening on their app. It can definitely be a little overwhelming at times, but it’s a really fun buying experience and allows you to interact with your favorite sellers!
Protected Purchases
So as a caveat, this won’t be like Amazon’s purchase protection. Sellers establish their own return policies for plants, and there aren’t refunds for a change of mind.
That being said, you won’t find the traditional scammers on here like you would on Etsy. As always, always vet your sellers but with Palmstreet you can rest a little bit easier.
Transparent Pricing
Pricing is shown clearly through the app, no need to go back and forth with a seller. Checkout is seamless, and typically go without hiccups!

In summary
Palmstreet is our favorite plant marketplace we’ve purchased from. It not only offers a fun buying experience, but also has a wide-variety of plants that leaves buyers happy. The team is continuously iterating on the product, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for Palmstreet!
Other Notes
Other things we love:
Palmstreet also offers the ability to buy other things on the app, like pots and crystals! Sellers also offer giveaways on their lives, which makes for a fun
